Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply as soon as possible.

Class Absence and Tardiness

In order to maximize your language growth and study effectively, we ask that you attend all classes in a timely manner.

If a situation arises in which you must be late or absent, you can cancel the class on your page by 18:00 of the day prior to class.

If you must cancel anytime after 18:00, please contact your teacher directly through the Google Classroom stream.

In order to maximize the classes' learning effect, please make sure to study the class content for the day you were absent before joining the next lesson.

Catch-up Lessons

Catch-up lessons allow students to stay ahead on any missed or cancelled classes at a later date and time.

If you cancel the class by 6 PM on the day before the lesson on the School Scheduling System, we can offer you catch-up lessons. We will add a credit for the catch-up lesson to your account within two business days without any notification. To this, we recommend you to check the credit within a few days. The credits for catch-up lessons are valid until the current level or course ends.

Fridays and field-trip days are special curriculum days for review, tests or feedbacks. Unfortunately, you cannot pick these days for catch-up lessons.

Ultimately, we recommend our students to attend the catch-up lessons before their next lesson. If you’re unable to do so, please take some time to self-study. This helps you to stay on pace, making the class enjoyable for you and your classmates.

You can receive up to 4 make-up lessons per month if you cancel your class by 6 PM the day before the lesson you will miss. You can cancel your lessons on the School Scheduling System.

Changing Courses

A fee will be charged for course changes made after your course application has been submitted. See Terms and Conditions for details.

If the instructor in charge determines that a student's Japanese level at the time of applying has not reached the level of their desired class, our staff may propose that the student change to a more suitable course / class.

These propositions are made for the sole purpose of maximizing our student's learning and language growth. Please understand, and we thank you for your cooperation.
