Course Policy
Booking Lessons
You do not need to book any lessons yourself as the class reservation frame is automatically secured.
You can check your schedule on the Student page of the School Scheduling System.
Cancelling Lessons and Lesson Transfers
Cancellations can be made on the School Scheduling System Student page.
Transfer is not available.
Changing Classes
If you would like to add or change classes, please contact your school – Coto Academy Tokyo or Yokohama – by the 20th of the previous month.
The change will be reflected from next month if you let us know by the 20th of the month.
Holidays
There are no part-time lessons on public holidays.
If the number of monthly lessons is less than your subscribed lessons due to holidays, you are eligible to receive Online Lesson Points to take a Coto Online Lesson free of charge. We will add the points within two business days without any notification, so please check your account frequently.For those who would like to receive Online Lesson points, please apply through this form.
Coto Online Course lessons are conducted via online tools such as Zoom.
With Coto Online, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to use the same textbook materials and learn the same contents as your current lessons at school. If you prefer to use a certain textbook, please share them with your teacher beforehand as you can communicate with your teacher through the chat system after booking your lesson.
